Deviled Eggs

Perfect for all the parties and you'll always wish you made more! This an old time recipe handed down from my Dad and I'm so glad now that we have it!

Equipment

  • sauce pan
  • piping bag optional
  • piping tip optional

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Hard boiled eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Dash of Paprika on top
  • Sprinkle a few fresh cut green onions or chives

Instructions
 

  • Boil a half dozen eggs, peel, cut in half and put the yolks in a bowl. Set the egg whites aside until ready to fill them.
  • To the egg yolks add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar and combine until everything is well blended and smooth.
  • Fill a piping bag with a tip or simply use a spoon to fill each egg white.
  • Garnish with paprika and green onions or chives. Keep refrigerated.

Notes

I used a piping bag with a tip but you could also use a spoon to fill the eggs.
