Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large sauce pan add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, heavy cream, milk, black pepper, pumpkin and cinnamon.
  • Heat until all ingredients have melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Toss with choice of cooked pasta.
  • Top with a little more Parmesan cheese and garnished with parsley.
