Pumpkin pasta sauce is a creamy, autumn-inspired sauce made with pureed pumpkin, often blended with ingredients like garlic, cream, and warm spices such as nutmeg or sage. It offers a rich, savory-sweet flavor that pairs perfectly with pasta, adding a cozy, seasonal twist to dishes.

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, heavy cream, milk, black pepper, pumpkin and cinnamon.
- Heat until all ingredients have melted, stirring occasionally.
- Toss with choice of cooked pasta.
- Top with a little more Parmesan cheese and garnished with parsley.
