Texas Cowboy Stew

Go Cook
Texas Cowboy Stew is a hearty, one-pot comfort dish inspired by Wild West ranch hands, featuring ground beef, smoked sausage (often kielbasa), and sometimes bacon simmered with potatoes, beans, corn, tomatoes, and Southwestern spices like chili powder and cumin. It blends the richness of beef stew with the bold flavors of chili, resulting in a thick, smoky, and filling meal perfect for feeding a crowd.
