Ingredients
  

  • 2 large egg white
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 ¼ cups pecan halves
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 225 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine egg white and vanilla in a mixing bowl; beat until fluffy. Fold in pecans to coat evenly.
  • Combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix pecans evenly with sugar mixture, then spread onto the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, until toasted and fragrant, about 1 hour. Cool pecans on the pan, then store in an airtight container.
