
Espresso Martini
An espresso martini is a sophisticated cocktail that combines the bold, rich flavor of freshly brewed espresso (chilled) with smooth vodka and a touch of coffee liqueur. Served chilled in a martini glass, it’s a perfect blend of caffeine and alcohol, offering a vibrant pick-me-up with a sleek, velvety finish.
Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso about 1 ½ ounces each
- 2 ounces vodka
- ½ ounce coffee liqueur
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 3 coffee beans for garnish
Instructions
- Make your espresso and allow it to chill.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur and simple syrup.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain and pour into a chilled glasses.
- Garnish with a few coffee beans and serve.

Try using a vanilla vodka as a different flavor.
Instead of espresso you may use a dark cold brew or a very strong black coffee just be sure to chill it first.
