
Homemade Mayonnaise
Ever run out of mayonnaise just when you need it? With a few simple ingredients you can whip up your on very quickly. To make it your own you can add other herbs, garlic and spices to make a whole new tasty version!
Equipment
- immersion blender
- jar
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Egg room temperature
- 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil any oil you prefer
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a jar you can fit an immersion blender in.
- Put the immersion blender to the bottom of the jar and turn on the immersion blender and bring it up slowly and combine well.
- Keep refrigerated up to five days for freshness.
