Homemade Mayonnaise

Ever run out of mayonnaise just when you need it? With a few simple ingredients you can whip up your on very quickly. To make it your own you can add other herbs, garlic and spices to make a whole new tasty version!

- 1 Whole Egg room temperature
- 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil any oil you prefer
Add all of the ingredients to a jar you can fit an immersion blender in.
Put the immersion blender to the bottom of the jar and turn on the immersion blender and bring it up slowly and combine well.
Keep refrigerated up to five days for freshness.
