Halloween No Churn Oreo Ice Cream

This no-churn vanilla ice cream with Oreos is a creamy, rich dessert that blends smooth vanilla flavor with generous chunks of crunchy Oreo cookies. It’s an easy-to-make treat that delivers a perfect balance of sweet, velvety ice cream and chocolatey cookie bits in every bite.

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 9 x 5 loaf pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream very cold (16 fl oz)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Halloween Oreo Cookies
  • Halloween Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer, until firm peaks form
  • Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, and begin gently folding them together. This ice cream gets its texture from the whipped cream, so you don’t want to stir it too vigorously and deflate the cream. Add in the broken Oreos and fold in.
  • Scrape the ice cream mixture into an ice cream storage container, or a 9×5 inch loaf pan. Add more Oreos to the top along with some sprinkles. Cover the container firmly with a lid, or plastic wrap if using a loaf pan. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours, or until the top of the ice cream is firm to the touch.
  • Scoop and enjoy! This ice cream can be stored, well-wrapped, in the freezer for up to a month.
