
Peanut Butter Fudge
This has to be one of the easiest, crowd pleasing desserts with only a few ingredients you probably have around your kitchen. You can add all types of toppings like crushed peanut butter cups, chocolate chips and our favorite, Reese's Pieces! Its fudge that can be turned into what you like best.
Equipment
- sauce pan
- 8 x 8 baking pan
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 Cups Confectionery Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
Instructions
- In a saucepan melt the butter and peanut butter on medium heat until smooth and bring to a boil while stirring.
- Remove from heat once it has boiled at least a minute. Add in the confectionery sugar and vanilla and stir until smooth.
- Once it is smooth use a spatula and pour into a eight inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper. Smooth out the top and place any additional toppings you would like.
- Place in the refrigerator for one hour to chill before serving.

Notes
If adding chocolate items on top allow you fudge to cool just a few moments before adding them and then place in the fridge.
