  • 1 jar with a lid

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • cups white distilled vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Place cucumber slices, seeds, and spices in a jar.
  • Heat vinegar, sugar, and salt until they simmer. Let it cool.
  • Pour the cooled mixture over the cucumbers. Seal and refrigerate.
  • Wait at least 1 hour and enjoy!
