- 1 jar with a lid
Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1½ cups white distilled vinegar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon dill seeds
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Place cucumber slices, seeds, and spices in a jar.
- Heat vinegar, sugar, and salt until they simmer. Let it cool.
- Pour the cooled mixture over the cucumbers. Seal and refrigerate.
- Wait at least 1 hour and enjoy!
