- 1 medium cucumber
- 1½ cups white distilled vinegar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon dill seeds
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Place cucumber slices, seeds, and spices in a jar.
Heat vinegar, sugar, and salt until they simmer. Let it cool.
Pour the cooled mixture over the cucumbers. Seal and refrigerate.
