Artichoke and Spinach Dip

One of the best choices for a get together or party! Easy to make and always a crowd pleaser and you can choose several items to use for dipping, so grab some toasted bread slices and enjoy!

Equipment

  • 1 8 x 10 baking dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8oz Package of Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced
  • 2/3 Cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 14oz Can Quartered Artichoke Hearts Drained
  • 1 6oz Frozen Spinach thawed and squeezed to drain excess liquid

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat oven to 350℉
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together well. Transfer into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 20 minutes or till bubbly. Serve warm with celery and bread.

Notes

Double the recipe if you would like to fit it in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
Try sprinkling some extra Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
