Tuna Casserole

Fantastic for any day of the week and makes the perfect week night family meal. We tried this recipe years ago and make it frequently because of the handy ingredients and how easily its made. Just a winner!

Equipment

  • 1 9 x 13 casserole baking dish
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 cheese grater

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Medium Egg Noodles
  • 1 bag Frozen Peas
  • 3 cans Tuna in Spring Water drained
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Cups Half and Half
  • 1 16oz. Block of Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat oven to 350℉
  • Cook and drain the egg noodles, don't let them get too soft and set aside.
  • In a bowl combine drained tuna, half and half, salt, black pepper, butter, flour and peas, mix together.
  • Add the egg noodles then the shredded cheese to the casserole dish and pour the tuna mixture over top then mix together.
  • Cover and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Serve
