    To roast garlic

    • Make your roasted garlic ahead of time by cutting the top off and placing the garlic on foil and cover it with olive oil, place in the oven for approx. 30-45 minutes on 350℉ degrees. It will make the garlic like a soft butter.

    For the dough

    • In a bowl add the warm water, active dry yeast and the roasted garlic bulbs and whisk together.
    • Add to the bowl salt and all-purpose flour and combine into a dough, Roll out unto a lightly floured surface and knead into a ball and cover and place in a warm place to rise for 2 hours.
    • Using the end of spoon drag it around the dough removing the air out of it. Add a little extra four, if needed. Roll out again unto a lightly floured surface and knead into a ball and cut in half, making two loaves. Line the loaf pans and place dough into each one. Cover them and proof again for 40 minutes.
    • Bake at 400℉ degrees and bake for around 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
