Pumpkin hummus is a creamy, savory dip that combines the smooth texture of traditional hummus with the subtle sweetness and earthy flavor of roasted or pureed pumpkin. It's typically seasoned with spices like cumin, paprika, or cinnamon, making it a vibrant, autumn-inspired twist on the classic chickpea-based dish.

Garnish as desired. You can serve it immediately, but itβs best if chilled for at least 1 hour. Serve with pita chips or bread, veggie chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
