Zuppa Toscano Soup

Go Cook
Zuppa Toscana is a hearty, creamy soup inspired by Tuscan cuisine but popularized in the U.S., featuring Italian sausage and tender potatoes, wilted kale, and a rich broth finished with heavy cream for a comforting, indulgent flavor.
While authentic Tuscan versions are simpler and bean-based, this American-style rendition is bold and satisfying, often served with crusty bread for dipping.
