  • small mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • sauce pan for pasta

Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 pound spiral pasta shells
  • 3 celery stalks diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 can pitted black olives
  • 1 small jar green olives
  • 6-8 pound cherry tomatoes whole or cut in half
  • ½ pound cheddar cheese cut into small chunks
  • ½ pound salami sliced
  • ½ pound pepperoni sliced or chunk style
  • 1 small red onion diced

For the Dressing

  • cup olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all the salad ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients together with a whisk and pour over salad and toss. If needed, more dressing can be used.
  • For maximum flavor allow to stay in the refrigerator overnight.

Notes

  • Any pasta type can be used.
  • You can add more ingredients or leave some of them out and make it your own.
  • Add more dressing if you like even more flavor.
