Salad Ingredients
- 1 pound spiral pasta shells
- 3 celery stalks diced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 can pitted black olives
- 1 small jar green olives
- 6-8 pound cherry tomatoes whole or cut in half
- ½ pound cheddar cheese cut into small chunks
- ½ pound salami sliced
- ½ pound pepperoni sliced or chunk style
- 1 small red onion diced
For the Dressing
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Add all the salad ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients together with a whisk and pour over salad and toss. If needed, more dressing can be used.
For maximum flavor allow to stay in the refrigerator overnight.
- Any pasta type can be used.
- You can add more ingredients or leave some of them out and make it your own.
- Add more dressing if you like even more flavor.
