- ¾ cup unsalted butter softened / 170g
- 3 tbsp cream cheese / 42g softened softened
- ½ cup biscoff cookie butter / 100 grams
- 3 ½ - 4 cups confectionery sugar / 450 grams
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp heavy cream / 60 ml
Beat the butter and cream cheese for two minutes and add the cookie butter, Beat for another minute.
Add the powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, and heavy cream to the bowl.
Mix on low to combine and be sure to scrape down the bowl and mix again.
Raise the speed to medium-high and beat for another two minutes. If needed, add more heavy cream and if the frosting is too soft, add more powdered sugar.
