Biscoff Buttercream frosting is a rich, creamy blend of butter, powdered sugar, and Biscoff cookie butter, creating a luscious, spiced caramel flavor with a smooth, velvety texture. Its warm notes of cinnamon and brown sugar make it a perfect pairing for cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.

Equipment

  • 1 stand mixer or electric hand mixer
  • large mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter softened / 170g
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese / 42g softened softened
  • ½ cup biscoff cookie butter / 100 grams
  • 3 ½ – 4 cups confectionery sugar / 450 grams
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream / 60 ml

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter and cream cheese for two minutes and add the cookie butter, Beat for another minute.
  • Add the powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, and heavy cream to the bowl.
  • Mix on low to combine and be sure to scrape down the bowl and mix again.
  • Raise the speed to medium-high and beat for another two minutes. If needed, add more heavy cream and if the frosting is too soft, add more powdered sugar.
