- 1 ½ cup unsalted butter / 342g room temperature
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar / 440g
- ¼ cup heavy cream 60mL added as needed
- ½ cup crushed Oreos / 120g
- 1 tsp vanilla extract / 5mL
Beat the unsalted butter on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
Gradually add the confectioners sugar, one cup at a time, mixing on low speed until combined, then increasing to medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
Mix in the crushed Oreos and vanilla extract, beating until fully incorporated.
Add heavy cream gradually, starting with ¼ cup, and beat until you achieve your desired consistency, adding more cream as needed.
Continue to beat on high for 1–2 minutes until light and fluffy, then spread or pipe onto cakes, cupcakes, or other desserts.
