
Nutella Buttercream
Nutella Buttercream is a smooth, creamy frosting infused with the rich, chocolaty hazelnut flavor of Nutella, balanced by the sweetness of butter and powdered sugar. Its decadent taste and velvety texture make it the perfect topping for cakes, cupcakes, and any dessert in need of a delicious, nutty twist.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter / 226g softened
- 4 cups confectioners’ sugar / 460g
- ¾ cup Nutella / 225g
- ⅓ cup heavy cream / 80ml
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Beat the softened butter on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Gradually add the confectioners’ sugar, one cup at a time, mixing on low speed until combined, then increase the speed to medium until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in the Nutella, beating until fully incorporated, then add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Slowly add the heavy cream or milk, adjusting the amount to achieve your desired consistency.
- Continue to beat on high for 1–2 minutes until light and fluffy, then spread or pipe onto cakes, cupcakes, or other desserts.
